More or less along the lines of an elder. BUUUT, That's his alias for the Blood sect. His actual name: Bai Xiaochun, means God.

i think you need to look up your character translations. the "ye" in "YeYe" f0r grandpa is not the same "Ye" in YeZhang. and Zhang is not chief or elder, maybe if you mispronounce it then yea it could be close.

If you knew the Mandarin you would know that OP saying "industry was buried" is because the subs are machine translated. Ye meaning business or industry and Zhang meaning buried. Machine translations make these kinds of mistakes because they sound like similar characters.
